Frey’s KA product line of axial calibration presses are designed for reworking sintered parts. They complement our powder presses and are integrated into your production process via handling.
The re-compacting of the parts increases the manufacturing quality and compensates for inaccuracies that can arise, for example, due to material shrinkage.
Individual upstream and downstream process steps – for example, aligning the compacts, wetting with calibration oil, chamfering, or thread cutting – can be implemented on request!
