The axial calibration presses of the KA product line from Frey are designed for the reworking of sintered parts. They complement our powder presses and are integrated into your production process by handling.
The repressing of the parts increases the manufacturing quality and compensates for inaccuracies that may arise, for example, due to material shrinkage.
Individual upstream and downstream process steps – for example, aligning the compacts, wetting with calibration oil, faceting or thread cutting – can be realized on request!
