Our newly developed FIP presses (Fast Isostatic Presses) are exactly right, especially when speed and high volumes are the measure of all things.

Frey’s high-speed isostatic presses, which can achieve up to 6 strokes/pressure cycles per minute with excellent density distribution, are ideal for the production of spheres, rods and spark plugs(up to 100mm part length).

Depending on the diameter of the part, up to six (!) tool chambers can be used. Thanks to our adaptable tool changing system, the entire setup process can also be carried out outside the machine. The subsequent quick and easy tool change, which can be carried out directly in the system, ensures reduced set-up times and significantly lowers costs.
