The cold isostatic presses in the EasyIso series from Frey Systeme are extremely economical because they are designed exclusively with a tool chamber.
They are particularly suitable for manufacturing parts with uniform density distribution and long lengths. The specially developed hydraulics, together with sophisticated electronics, ensure high precision.
EasyIso presses are available for everything from simple manual removal and filling to a fully automatic production line. The basic model is always equipped with a mold chamber, a pressure intensifier and a frame with a clamping cylinder.
• The matrix can remain in the tool chamber after each pressing operation or be pulled out
• Special filling devices – for example for PTFE, hard metal, medical products, etc.
• Implementation of a wide range of expansion stages for quality control and further processing of the parts
