Frey’s isostatic high-speed presses with up to 6 strokes/pressure cycles per minute with simultaneous excellent density distribution, are ideal for the production of balls, rods and spark plugs (up to 100mm part length).

Depending on the part diameter, up to six(!) tool chambers can be used. Thanks to our adaptable changing system, the entire set-up process can also be carried out outside the machine. The subsequent quick and easy tool change – which can be carried out directly in the system – ensures reduced set-up times and significantly lowers costs.
